We are very picky about quality, whether it is parts or service. We try to use the highest quality we can find so the repair is as good as factory or better. Typically, we use OEM parts directly from the dealership or high-quality parts from NAPA. We won’t use salvage yard parts except for windows or in a case when a part is discontinued. We do not allow customers to bring their own parts. Our reputation depends on good repairs and good parts.
